Return Policy

At Groom Stocks, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a return option under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

• Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a defective or damaged condition.

• You must inform us within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging must be intact.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Only replacement or return of the defective product will be processed.

Note: Grooming Tools are non-returnable
